Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training for helping professions 

A continuing professional development course for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, nurses and other related professionals. 


Next Intake: February 2014.  


Entry requirements

1. You must have completed the Managing Stress through CBT & Mindfulness course first (next intake: February 2014). And be qualified in one of the helping professions i.e. counsellor, psychotherapist, psychologist, social worker etc. and be in a position where you can apply CBT in your work with clients/patients.

Day/Times:  Tuesdays,  7 – 9.30pm over 8 nights.
