You can purchase the following instruction MP3’s. For learning deep relaxation to help manage general anxiety start with progressive relaxation twice daily for 2 weeks. Progress onto to Release relaxation for a further two weeks. 

Use the Body scan, boday and sound and obseerving thoughts for practising Mindfulness.
