of problems: anxiety, panic, depression, relationship difficulties, dissatisfaction with life, loss of a sense of direction or purpose, unresolved grief, low self esteem, domestic violence and sexual abuse. Counselling or Psychotherapy may last just a few sessions or, more commonly, continue for several weeks, months or even years depending on the wishes and needs of the person
